WELCOME TO ASCENT ULTIMATE FRISBEE
OUR MISSION
We are a student and player led organization based in Seattle dedicated to providing Ultimate Frisbee coaching in a smaller, more personal environment. We offer coaching for a wide variety of ages from Pre-K all the way through middle school, but our focus always remains on promoting the principles of Ultimate Frisbee: teamwork, perseverance, and sportsmanship.

The Spirit of the Game
A defining feature of Ultimate Frisbee is that players have the responsibility to make their own calls, without another official. Mutual respect, conflict resolution, and self-confidence have all become hallmarks of the sport. While we all enjoy competition, it should never come at the cost of inclusivity or enjoyment of the game!

Ultimate Frisbee at any level is almost always a mixed gender sport, from professional leagues to elementary teams. For younger players Ultimate is a fantastic way to break through gender barriers and communication gaps!
